FOGZAP is a powder-based, environmentally friendly bacterial treatment that completely digests fats, oils, grease and saponification (FOGS) in kitchen waste systems, preventing re-congealing downstream.
Directions for use:
Take one sachet and put it directly into the grease trap, grease pit or wet well. Dose during periods of closure or low footfall. Do not clean your asset with harsh chemicals whilst it’s being treated with FOGZAP.
Dosing:
The recommended dose for the first treatment is twice a week for 4 weeks (8 sachets in total per asset). After that, one sachet per asset per week.
