URIZAPis a powder-based, microbial solution that digests uric acid, removing the cause of urinal blockages and odours. This product is available in a 2kg tub, which contains 80 doses.

 

URIZAP is used in any type of urinal: waterless urinals, flushing urinals and troughs. It breaks down uric acid, therefore, removing the issues of blockages and odours. Regular use of URIZAP maintains a free-flowing, odourless urinal and prevents the recurrence of issues.

 

Each scoop of URIZAP contains billions of beneficial bacteria that naturally break down uric acid forming in the pipework.

 

Uric acid is contained in urine and reacts with other minerals in water (e.g., limescale, struvite) and proteins to form uric scale deposits. By digesting uric acid, the deposits of uric scale that cause blockages and odour are eliminated.

Each 2kg tub contains 80 scoops of product. For the first four weeks (shock phase), each urinal needs to be double-dosed, twice a week to allow the bacteria to colonise the pipes and get to work. After that, you move onto a maintenance phase which requires one scoop per urinal, per week. One tub is sufficient to service 4 urinals for six weeks.

 

URIZAP is simple to administer, all you do is pour one scoop, followed by some cold water down the drain to wake up the bacteria and allow them to get to work. Check out this video that shows you how to use URIZAP.

 

URIZAP can only be used in urinals, but we have designed SLUDGEZAP to remove blockages and build-up in toilets and other drains.

Avoid pouring any chemicals in any of the urinals that are being treated with URIZAP. The surfaces of the urinals can be cleaned with any washroom product but we suggest bio-based and eco-friendly products that do not contain biocides or hazardous chemicals for aquatic life. The best compatibility is to use URIZAP along with our washroom products (launching soon). It works well with SLUDGEZAP which digests organic build-up impacting toilets, sinks, showers and baths.

 

It depends on your blockage, but most customers notice a drastic decrease in smell within two weeks and a significant decrease in the build-up by week four. By six weeks blockages are virtually gone and regular use of URIZAP ensures it remains this way.

SLUDGEZAP is a powder-based, microbial solution that digests organic build-up in pipework, removing the cause of blockages and odours. This product is available in a 2kg tub, 250g soluble sachets and 30g soluble sachets.

 

You can use SLUDGEZAP in toilets, bathroom sinks, kitchen sinks, showers, soil stacks, baths, sluices, and associated pipework.

 

SLUDGEZAP is simple to administer, all you do is pour one scoop, followed by some cold water down the drain to wake up the bacteria and allow them to get to work. Check out this video that shows you how to use SLUDGEZAP.   

The billions of bacteria that are in each scoop are carefully formulated to remove organic build-up (e.g., grease, fats, starches, vegetable/fruit waste, human waste) causing blockages and foul odours.

 

Unfortunately, it does not. However, it dissolves organic waste that glues hair together enabling hair to slide down the drain, avoiding blockages. Hair is composed of very stable proteins that cannot be digested by the bacteria in SLUDGEZAP. However, we are working to develop a product that will do that in the future.

Do not pour any sanitising or antibacterial products, or their residues used in kitchen cleaning protocols down the sink as it will kill the bacteria. Sanitisation can be done on the surfaces of the kitchens. For the ultimate kitchen powerhouse, pair SLUDGEZAP with FOGZAP to eliminate FOGs in grease traps and kitchen sinks, and stop them from re-congealing downstream.  

In the bathroom, SLUDGEZAP works alongside URIZAP. You don’t have to, but it does help increase the efficacy of the product. The tundish is the best spot to dose when adding SLUDGEZAP to your soil stack. Add a scoop with a small amount of water to help maximise the colonisation of bacteria in your pipework.

FOGZAP can be used in grease traps, grease pits, wet wells, lift and pump stations and wastewater treatment plants.

FOGZAP contains beneficial bacteria that digest FOGs, safely removing the build-up of Fats, Oils and Grease (FOGs) in grease traps and pits to reduce the build-up of FOGs, reducing the frequency of tank replacement.

Avoid sanitisation, biocidal, and antimicrobial substances. It is important to dilute or minimize the amount of detergent, surfactant and soap in the systems as they will counteract the activity of bacteria. Do not use inorganic acid, caustic soda, bleach, and any other harsh chemicals. Please contact customer support if needed.

Depending on the size of the asset, and adherence to the dosing regime, it takes about eight weeks to see a decrease in FOGs. By week 14, you will see a significant decrease in FOG layers.

It depends on the size and volume of your asset, but we usually recommend one 250g sachet per week.

FOGBLOCK is a bacterial treatment that continuously releases fat-degrading microbes and enzymes that digest FOGs in kitchen waste systems, digesting congealed FOGs and protecting downstream wastewater infrastructure.
This treatment is a simple, cost-effective, and sustainable way to remove FOGs from grease traps and grease recovery units.
The FOGBLOCK is placed directly into the grease trap, grease pit or wet well, where it begins to breakdown the FOGs, reducing the requirement for manual intervention.
FOGBLOCK is safe to use and the ingredients are biodegradable. Speak to ABS if your wastewater goes directly into a natural watercourse as instructions may differ.
Take the FOGBLOCK and put it directly into the grease trap, grease pit or wet well. The FOGBLOCK dissolves over 30-90 days. It should be suspended in place and then monitored fortnightly. Do not clean your asset with harsh chemicals whilst it is being treated with FOGBLOCK.

ABS Deodoriser & Descaler is formulated to have a mild and pleasant citrus scent. It does not contain allergenic fragrances such as Limonene, Linalool and Citronellol.

Yes, our Deodoriser & Descaler is safe for use around children and pets when used as directed. However, we recommend keeping the product out of reach of children and pets and storing it in a secure location.

Simply apply the Deodoriser & Descaler to the affected area, allow it to sit for a few minutes to penetrate any mineral build-up, then scrub with a non-abrasive sponge or cloth and rinse. The product may be left in place for lasting deodorising action.

We prioritise sustainability, so our ‘forever bottles’ are made from 100% Post-Consumer Recycled HDPE, they are built to be used over and over again, but if needed, they can also be easily recycled in plastic kerbside recycling.
